Refund & Return Policy
At AHD Clothing, we believe in delivering quality and confidence with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — no stress.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The item is in its original condition
- It is unworn, unwashed, and still has tags attached
- It is not marked as a sale or final item
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked "final sale"
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at support@ahdclothing.co.za with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If so, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem — we’ll help you exchange it, subject to stock availability. Email us to start the process.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t received your refund yet? Here's what to do:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your bank or card company (it may take time to process)
- If it’s still missing after 7 business days, email us
